This is an awesome tool. Pretty sums up everything that you should do in order to gain traffic and increase the PR of the page. Thanks for sharing it.
This is pretty awesome. I’ve been looking for ways to improve my site/content/etc. so I will definitely check this out. Thanks for sharing!

What an amazing info graphic. I think I’m going to try and do as many of these suggestions as I can in the next 9 months.
It’s kinda awesome. Have fin π
Awesome infographic! I printed it and posted it on my board so that I can easily remember what else I should do to increase my traffic. Thanks for sharing!
Wow I would love to see a photo of that!
No no no!!! Why did you have to post this and me see this during work hours!!! Ahhh I could spend 50 hours on this!!
Haha thanks! π
Ha! Sorry!
This really is excellent. Have you tried “Informly” and how it connects to Analytics and Social? I’m curious if it will distinguish exactly what traffic and why I’m getting from Twitter and FB.
I have my AllThingsFinance Facebook “post” to Twitter. So people I think are clicking on FB links within Twitter, so I can’t really tell how much traffic I’m getting from the good old tweeter.
Perhaps you want to separate that?
I haven’t but I enjoy how open his entire customer acquisition process is.
Hey JW if you are auto posting to Twitter and people click the link via Twitter it should show up on your Analytics as a visit from Twitter. Google Analytics goes a great job at distinguishing the different visits. Unless I’m missing something about your process there.
Informly has changed a bit since I posted this graphic, I’m now focusing more on ‘People analytics’ if you like. It now tells you who has converted on your site and enables you to connect with them on social media etc along with the dashboard type functionality that existed before. It also tells you which blog posts are performing the best so you can create more like it.
Best of luck with your blog.
Well done job Marissa! Thank you so much for sharing this infographic. I really appreciate this…)
Hey Marissa, sorry I only just saw this but thanks so much for re-posting the traffic tips graphic. I’m stoked you found it useful!
